EMPLOYEE SAFETY AND HEALTH TRAINING

The purpose of employee safety and health training is to provide the company directors, department directors, the specialists of the Employee Safety and Health Department and to the employees with basic knowledge on employee safety and health, on health and safety instructions when doing dangerous work and general requirements about how to organize preventive measures in the company on employee safety and health.
Sabelija Ltd., which is a training centre, for 20 years, has been organizing exercises for company directors, specialists and for various qualification workers. To date we have means to organize the exercises in all of Lithuania under more than 50 training programs.
In addition, if there is a necessity, we organize exercises according to the dangerous work list and according to the special training programs, which have been developed according to the needs of the employer.
Only qualified specialists from the State Labour Inspectorate, Technical Supervision Service and others, specialists-practitioners who have a long work experience and who really encounter the things that they teach about, can conduct training.
The centre has trained approximately 150,000 employees of various qualification.
